3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes within the country; however, please be aware that certain carriers may not support P.O. Box deliveries, depending on the shipping method chosen. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address.

4. International Shipping

CharisHeart offers international shipping to select countries. The shipping time and fees for international orders will vary based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local government.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays with shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders). CharisHeart is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
